![]() Once they are defeated the Harpies should be much easier, although by the point you're killing Harpies only, the trap of the second wave activates, in which segments of the map will be set ablaze one at a time so you need to be careful.Īn Elemental Talos will soon emerge and is the final threat of this wave. Fortunately they aren't as durable so they should fall quick. The Amulet will be useful in getting a lot of damage at once. You can also take advantage of the Quick Time Events that allow you to counter them, getting you easy damage. You can use Magic if you can group the Amazoness or if you're cornered. Overall the same technique as the first wave applies here. ![]() ![]() They can also combo with the Harpies allowing them to attack you from midair. The Amazoness will be the biggest threat in this fight as they have tricky and swift attacks in block close combat and ranged combat. You will be attacked by Amazoness and Harpies. Wave 2 will have your movement severely restricted by the giant blocks. Continue the pressure and you should succeed. Stay away from the Sirens unless you will use Magic, as their shriek can stun you and make you an easy target. This wave is about being carefully maneuvering between offense and defense, although the offense will be the better defense by far, nonetheless stay on guard and block any attack to avoid unnecessary damage. Keep the pressure up and sequence kill them as this will allow you to regain Magic for the next rounds. Do as much damage as you can while trying to preserve yourself as their onslaught of attacks is merciless enough to rapidly deplete your Health and there is no healing in between waves. Let out the Oath Stone, the Amulet and spam Magic (preferably group them together). This is the time to save nothing and unleash your strongest attacks. Once both are dead, two Gorgons more will appear and now accompanied by the Sibyl Sirens. You can either grab sequence kill them, or kill them normally, use the former if you've used Magic, though it is best to keep Magic reserved (if possible consume only one Magic attack at most). This will allow you to deal damage safely while keeping the Gorgons in check. To deal with the Gorgons, utilize both the Oath Stone of Orkos and the Amulet of Uroborus. The latter will prove the most annoying as it will cause the Rage Meter to be reduced to its minimum and is an unblockable attack. The Hooded Gorgons will annoy the player through their wide tail sweeps, Gorgon Gazes, and constriction attacks. While enemies will unlikely hit the fires, Kratos can be pushed back through the attacks and sufficiently bad luck so stay away from the back of the map. ![]() The map is restricted with part of the back section of it blocked with large blocks and a constant stream of fire, so movement is somewhat limited. Wave 1 is the ironically the hardest of the three as it has powerful and troublesome enemies which apply pressure by virtue of harrasing players with a multitude of annoying attacks, many in quick succession that can pile up rapidly. The first wave contains 4 Hooded Gorgon and 4 Siren Sybils, the second wave contains 2 Delos Warriors, an Elemental Talos, and 6 Harpies and the third wave and last contains a Centaur General and 3 Wraith of Hades. Fiery columns are also a hazard in the trials. Upon climbing and fixing the Statue of Apollo in Delos, Kratos is met with a plethora of difficult monsters that he must slay.
